Hi everyone, I’m Eduardo. I was born and live in Brazil, and I also hold Hungarian citizenship.
Funny way to arrive here… I’ve been waiting for an approval email since I applied. Today I decided to log into the portal just to see if anything had changed and found out that my PLUS membership had already been approved. So apparently I’ve been a Verdis e-resident for a while without knowing it 
A little about me… I’ve spent most of my career around technology, product, design and entrepreneurship. I’ve founded and co-founded startups, worked a lot with UX and fintech, and over the years got deeply involved with blockchain as well. More recently, a big part of my work has been around AI, LLMs and building software with them.
But honestly, the main reason I joined Verdis is curiosity about Verdis itself.
I find it fascinating to be this close to something that is still figuring out what it wants to become. The discussions around a future constitution, institutions, civic principles, governance and even the culture that develops around all of this are probably what interest me the most
We normally inherit our countries. The rules, institutions and political ideas were there long before we were born. It’s not very often that you get the chance to watch some of those decisions being made from the beginning, let alone take part in the conversation.
I don’t know yet where I can be useful here. I’d rather get to know the community first and understand what people are building and discussing. But if my experience with technology, UX, AI, blockchain, finance or startups can be useful at some point, I’ll be happy to contribute.
Anyway, glad to finally discover that I’m actually in.
