Does anyone know how many Verdisian citizens there are currently in 2026? It would be interesting to see how much the citizen community has grown since the 223 citizens reported in 2021.

Interesting numbers as far as actual citizenship goes, and the statement about not being to process as many applications also checks out clerically/logistically.
What gets me curious though isn’t how many people are applying, but how many aren’t actively passing the background check, aren’t willing to pay the processing fees, drop out due to privacy concerns, or just can’t follow simple instructions, if you look at the social media posts of DJV or Verdis social media accounts they’re flooded with people who are interested but couldn’t be bothered to look at any FAQ or those same questions that have been answered ad nauseam.
My uneducated guesstimate would say something like over 80% (source: i made it up)

I totally agree. There is a significant difference between being interested in Verdis and taking the time to complete the process and remain engaged. However, The 80% estimate is definitely interesting, though!
