I’m wondering if perhaps the mygov website is a bit glitchy?
When I first joined, I tried to upload the required files to get the e-residency card and booklet, however, nothing more than the spinning wheel ever occurred.
A few days later, I tried to log into mygov for another attempt, except now I can’t log in. I’m told my password is invalid, so I’ve tried to reset it, but I never receive the email to do the reset, even though I am inputting the email that I initially registered with.
Please help! Many thanks in advance!

So, I am able to login…BUT only if I go through the link that was sent to my email in order to join. My email address and password work if I log in that way → not invalid as the mygov website claims if I try to log in there directly. I still have never received the password reset email from when I tried to get it.
I still have also had the spinning wheel when trying to upload the required files to get the e-residency card and booklet.
Did you send an email to the government and ask for assistance?
